VIRGINIA RESIDENTS STATE SALES TAX
State sales tax of 5.3% will be automatically added at checkout for all Virginia, US residents. (I file and pay these taxes to the state of Virginia once a quarter.)
NEW INTERNET SALES TAX (US)
New, as of 1/1/2018, WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENTS will automatically be charged appropriate state sales tax for their location. This tax is collected and filed by Etsy.com due to the internet marketplace fairness law recently in-acted in WA state. No additional states are included at this time.
INTERNATIONAL TAX, VAT, or CST
No international (outside US) taxes, VAT, CST or other taxes/fees are collected on sales in my shop at this time by myself as the shop owner or by Etsy.com. If these taxes/fees are due, they must be paid by the buyer/recipient to their jurisdiction at time of receipt.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND CUSTOM DESIGN
I welcome custom order requests. I offer both simple changes to my existing designs and total custom design as well. A color change or slight modification to my existing designs will be treated as a custom order with the price typically remaining within the same range. A totally new design or significant change to an existing design will be treated as a "custom design" order and an additional design fee of 30-40% (depending on the complexity of the project) will be assessed.

Paypal is accepted as well in my Etsy.com shop. Credit cards/debit cards can also be used through Paypal, even without a Paypal account, using their guest checkout option.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Large bridal orders may take 2-4 business days to complete before shipment; please check the processing time on the item listing or contact me for further information. Custom orders will be shipped within the time frame given during our initial conversation.
Shipping is offered to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe* and many other locations. Shipping costs stated include both postage and handling. Please refer to the USPS website for more shipping/postage price information: https://ircalc.usps.com/
Shipment will be through USPS domestic first class mail and international first class mail. Priority mail service is available for US domestic delivery as a shipping upgrade at the time of checkout.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
United States: 3-5 business days by First Class mail, 2-3 business days by Priority mail.
Canada and Europe: 2-4 weeks
Australia and New Zealand: 3-6 weeks
Please be reminded that estimated delivery schedules are only guidelines and are not a guarantee of delivery speed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTY, FEES, TAXES
International shipments may incur duty, tax, or customs fees and are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Items will be marked as 'merchandise' on the customs form and the value (the price not including shipping) will be declared.
* I am not registered to collect VAT, GST or any international import duty, fee or tax and your order total at checkout will NOT include any VAT, GST, import duty, fees or tax that may be due to your country upon delivery. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Contact me to request a return and I will provide you with instructions on returning your item. I cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. I do not accept returns on bridal party orders after the wedding date has passed.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
REPAIRS ARE ALSO OFFERED
If, during the first 4 months after receipt of your order, there is an issue with the quality of your jewelry which is beyond the normal wear and tear expected for fashion jewelry, I will repair or replace your item at my expense.
If you have broken or damaged your jewelry from SulaCole, and I am able to repair it, for an extra charge, I will make those repairs. Please contact me to inquire about repairs on jewelry from my shop.

Etsy and Paypal keep your payment information secure. I do not receive your credit card information.
The quantity shown for each item is the current stock that I have available. If you need multiples of an item, please contact me, I am happy to work with you. When supplies are readily available, I can usually re-stock my jewelry within about two weeks. Certain jewelry pieces made with vintage parts may not be available to remake.
My items are always packaged for gift giving. My standard packaging includes placing the item on a jewelry card, then inside a plastic baggy, and then into a small jewelry box or organza bag, and finally placed into a bubble mailer or shipping box. If you indicate that your order is a gift, I will include a gift receipt without pricing information shown (US domestic shipments only*). If you would also like to include a message to your recipient, please leave me a message in the "note to seller" box at checkout with the gift message you would like to include.
*International shipments may not be sent as gifts (value must be declared and packing slip enclosed).
Since I cut all chains to length and add clasps myself, I am able to customize your necklace or bracelet to your preferred length. I also offer popular length options in my listings, but please feel free to contact me to request a custom length.
By default, I design all my necklaces with the clasp on the right side. I recognize that this can sometimes be an issue for those that are left-handed and it would be no problem at all to move the clasp for you. Please leave me a note in the "note to seller" box at checkout with your request.

The following tips will help you maintain your fashion jewelry:
- Remove jewelry prior to activities such as swimming & bathing.
- It’s best to put jewelry on AFTER using lotions, hairspray & perfumes.
- Remove dirt, oils, and chemicals often by wiping with a soft cloth.
- Do not scrub plated jewelry, avoid using harsh cleaners especially on plated/patina pieces.
- Store in a dry place, avoid areas of high moisture such as bathrooms.
- Storing jewelry in ziptop bags can help prevent tarnishing.
